The Seaweed Bath Co. lists all of its ingredients on its labels and on this website. We encourage you to review the ingredients prior to purchasing our products. Please note that some of our ingredients, including Kukui Oil and Argan Oil, are derived from nuts and therefore may be dangerous to those who have nut allergies. If you are sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients in one of our products, we advise you to avoid that product. If you have any concerns, please consult a doctor prior to use.

ARE THE SEAWEED BATH CO. PRODUCTS SAFE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12?

Yes. Children under 12 years of age can safely use all of The Seaweed Bath Co. products as directed and when appropriate. We encourage all of our young customers to err on the side of caution when using our products and always discontinue use if any irritation occurs. For babies under 24 months of age, it is best to keep the use of any products on the skin to a minimum.

IS A BATHTUB REQUIRED TO USE THE SEAWEED BATH CO.'S HYDRATING SEAWEED POWDER BATH AND OCEAN FRESH WHOLE SEAWEED DETOX BATH PRODUCTS?

No. While we recommend using The Seaweed Bath Co. Hydrating Seaweed Powder Baths and Whole Seaweed Detox Bath in the bathtub, many of our customers soak only a portion of their body (hands, feet, elbows, etc.) in our products by using the sink, a bowl or a similar container filled with warm water and our product. The seaweed in our Whole Seaweed Detox Bath can be soaked in water and then wrapped around a portion of your body.

HOW SHOULD I STORE THE SEAWEED BATH CO. PRODUCTS?

We recommend storing The Seaweed Bath Co. products in a cool, dark place until ready for use. Once opened, our Hydrating Seaweed Powder Bath and Ocean-FreshWhole Seaweed Bath should be stored in the airtight containers provided and can be stored next to your bathtub for easy access.

We use pure, unadulterated essential oils to provide our products with their amazing aroma-therapeutic scents, including lavender, peppermint and citrus. All colors in The Seaweed Bath Co. products result from the use of our plant-based ingredients.

How do I file a claim with ShipInsure?
If you have purchased ShipInsure Protection, you will receive an email from ShipInsure after
placing your order. This email will contain instructions on how to file a claim, along with your
unique ShipInsure ID# (starting with SI).

In case you did not receive an email from Shipinsure, here's how you can file a claim
1. Visit Shipinsure’s claims website
2. Provide Shipinsure with your Email and Order number
3. Select the claim reason, and your Preferred resolution for the claim.

How does ShipInsure resolve a claim?
ShipInsure offers two methods of resolution for approved claims: Reship and Refund.

If you choose "Refund" as your preferred resolution and your claim is approved, you can expect
to receive a refund within 48 hours of claim approval. The refund will be processed back to your
original payment method.

If you select a “Reship” and your claim is approved, ShipInsure will take care of processing a
reorder for you. You will receive an order confirmation email once the reorder is placed on your
